Shortcut - Small Stories, Big Issues

The partner organisations from four European countries (Czech Republic, Ireland, Poland and Portugal) have developed the programme "Shortcut - Small Stories, Big Issues", in which film education as well as social and civic education reinforce each other by drawing on each of their separate resources. It combines an engaging thematic framework with topics addressing the problems and dilemmas that young people face on an everyday basis. The methods from a variety of educational approaches and tools introduce emotion, insight, the value of personal experience and open conversions to the classroom.

While all the Short Cut films are vital and appropriate for our young audience, some do contain upsetting subject matter, so please be mindful of the emotions these films can potentially have in young audiences.‚Äč
